You are my family Bob, and I love you. Everyone in our family admires and respects you, and that included me. Through the years you have been solid and stable, and stayed by my cousin Linda’s side until the day she died. I have nothing but admiration for you.
The people that think they know me, reference two main attributes, my religious beliefs and Electronics.
My Electronics career speaks of my character, because you could never walk in those circles without being a person of character. If someone wants to judge me, reference it first to character, and second to accusation. The entire purpose of my person blog, is to give reference to character. Nothing else. It is not about bragging, no one knew those things about me until recently, except Dennis Young and Dennis Roberts, because I worked with them and they were there. The instruments to measure temperature, depth, salinity, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and PH I designed during the seventies are still being used by municipalities around the globe. Improved upon, certainly, but the groundwork employees thousands today. The Wheatstone bridge is just as valid a basic building block of instrumentation, as the day it was first designed.
I owe the public an apology for my designs in car stereo, starting at Translex Stereo, where Niles and Monterrey intersect, I know you know where that is. Some of those designs are incorporated in almost every car stereo manufactured today, and now hurt my ears too. Our cousin Chad Braselton also came to visit me and work on our air conditioning at the company called Car-Fi in Burbank where I designed the electronic crossover for car stereos. Not hard, it was classic textbook, just no one ever did it, and now I wish I never did either. When I hear a vehicle drive by and the car stereo hurts my ears, I have myself to blame, but most likely, eventually someone else would of come up with the idea, for me, it was designed to give clean undistorted sound, not sound to actually cause damage to human ears.
If not the first, it was the first heard of, I designed the first electronic tape measure, using the Polaroid engineering kit with the ultrasonic detector that they used to measure distance from the object of focus for their one shot Polaroid cameras. I was commissioned by someone in the motion picture film industry who needed to measure distance from the camera to an object without a tape measure. I built an led readout that read the distance in feet and inches. Today that design is still being used, except with laser instead of ultrasonic.
You are already aware of my work in the music industry, but not to the level presented in my blog. It is impossible to detail 28 years in an industry in a few paragraphs or moments of casual conversation.
I have won awards for my fine furniture making, and I am a welder. I worked as a welder in Redding for an entire year building truck and trailer bodies.
For a time in Los Angeles I built kitchens for people, and I worked as an Electrician.
My brother Michael came to visit me at Crown Poly, where I worked in Maintenance on the machines that make those plastic bags you use in the produce section of the supermarkets. These machines are 3 stories high and 150 feet long, and turn a pellet of plastic into a printed bag in one machine. I hated that place, and the people who ran it.
The reason I am saying this to you Bob, is to define myself as a person who is capable of critical, analytical thought, and able to rationalize conclusive, decisive, observations, and to rapidly devise a plan of solution or acceptance for a workable compromise on a dime. This requires a working mind, not focused on where do I click the mouse next.
There are people who talk, and there are people who do, and I have done. Not that what I have accomplished is out of the ordinary, or anything special that anyone else could of done, but the facts remain that I did them. And to do the things that I have done, demands a person of a certain caliper. It demands first of all discipline and resolve, focus and attention, grit and tenacity, willfulness and purpose, but most of all sacrifice for the greater good. And that is what I did, I sacrificed for the greater good. Nothing I did was for self, nothing I am doing is for self, it always was for all, it was for the benefit of others. If I was only thinking of myself, I would be living among the rivers and trees.
For the past years, I have locked myself up in a room and I have written. I cannot force you to read, nor anyone else. But your observation should be, that this is a person of obvious intellect, putting pen to paper. This began when my niece Yvonne asked me what happens to her when she dies, and it expanded when my daughter Valerie asked me why is it that Christians do not celebrate holidays, and here we are today. These questions demand a religious faith based explanation. A yes or no answer is not descriptive enough to satisfy an inquisitive mind. That is why they asked me for the answers to these questions, and how, and why, I began to write.
The very fact, that they themselves as full grown adults, did not have this information from childhood, should make everyone furious. We return to the dust when we die, exactly like God said we would, and Christmas and Easter are celebrations of child sacrifice.
It is obvious to everyone who knows me, that I am different than everyone else, out of the ordinary, I do not think, say, believe, act, work, the same as anyone else. I am not better than anyone else, but I am certainly different and I stand out. They used to kill men like me because we said that the earth was round to quote God at Isaiah 40:22 “the circle of the earth”. Still to this very day, even yesterday for me, men challenge men, over the quotations of God. Psalms 46:9 tells us about God “Come and witness the activities of Jehovah, How he has done astonishing things on the earth.
9 He is bringing an end to wars throughout the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; He burns the military wagons with fire.”
And at Isaiah 2:4 it tells us, “He will render judgment among the nations And set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, Nor will they learn war anymore.”
The wars that man fights, have nothing to do with God, they have everything to do with industrial and commercial greed according to Dwight Eisenhower. Ronald Regan tipped his hat to the same comment. So my views on war are well founded in the shared intellect of elites.
In recent times, the claim was made that airplanes crashed into the twin towers of the World Trade Center, and turned them to dust. September 11. 48 steel columns boxed in the stair well and elevator shaft in the center of those towers, the wall of those columns were 5″ thick. Hundreds of columns surrounded each of the outside perimeters of the twin towers with walls of steel 2″ thick. A thousand 747’s could of flown into those towers, and you might end up with a bunch of twisted steel, it would be physically impossible to bring those towers down. I am a welder, I know about structural steel, it has to give a little, it is a bit malleable, to endure a hurricane the steel chosen had to be a particular kind to give a little. Every housewife in Taft California, can weld and run a backhoe, they will all tell you the exact same thing, those planes, which were not planes at all, did not bring down those towers, the United States of America, at the hands of the Military, demolition-ed those towers while they were deliberately occupied by American citizens. Your government, your military, slaughtered American citizens, on American soil in brood daylight to usher in the Patriot Act, this is not fiction, this is not conspiracy, it is fact. If the United States of America, cannot figure out a way to dig that plane that crashed in Pennsylvania with 200 people aboard, because it burred itself too deep in the ground, then once again, have any house wife from Taft California, come there with her backhoe, and she will dig that plane out for them. Truth of the matter is, no plane crashed into the ground in Pennsylvania, no plane crashed into the pentagon and no plane crashed into the twin towers. Those were missiles, they flew to fast to be planes, and left too small a footprint to be airliners with 200 people aboard.
The point of this is to say, that only the United States Military had the weaponry to bring down those towers with such precision, and vaporize the contents, and turn the cement to dust. No computers, no typewriters, no desks, no file cabinets, everything vaporized and turned to dust, and in the words of George Stephanopoulos, ” Where is all the rubble” Cars burnt to a crisp a mile away, with untouched paper inside.
The United States of America, murdered its own people on that day in a mass slaughter, deliberately, with malice and forethought. You have a problem with Saddam Hussein, take it up with him on his own turf. There was a reason that this government, killed it’s own people.
Putting on a uniform, and going to a foreign country, to slaughter innocent people in the middle of the night, blaming them for something that you know that you yourself did, is grossly egregious, madness. So you will of course excuse me, for not feeling filled with patriotic pride, wearing the uniform, representing the country, who just slaughtered 3,000 of its own innocent men women and children, so that our population would rally behind the United States Military as we exact reverse vengeance upon a country who did nothing to us at all, while we kill their families and steal their oil, and rape their women, and starve their children. These words were spoken by the soldiers who were actually in Iraq. No one, right down to the President of the United States, thought we had a right to be in Iraq. So how is it then, that somehow I can be denigrated for not having a patriotic fervor for killing innocent men women and children, like our military does. Madeline Allbright said that starving to death 500,000 children in Iraq, “Was Worth The Price” , excuse me for having a different view.
Validate the things you hold true, don’t believe anything on blind faith alone. The definition of ignorant is “I don’t know” simply that you have not learned about it yet. The definition of stupid is, “I don’t want to know”, and the definition of apathy is,” I don’t care to know”, and Americans are all three. I am the exact opposite of all three of those. I care, that is why I write, and I care about you too Bob.
The person who thinks that they know everything, has not yet begun to learn. The things I am passing on to you are new to you I know, but they are all true, and I prove it each step of the way. Please, please, take the time to read what I write, then when you are done, you will be in a much better position to criticize me, or compliment me, in either case I will accept both. But what I cannot accept, is blind rejection before the facts. Read the facts first, then reject them if you must.
Go to my web pages, tour them, they are under construction, so they will change appearance, but the addresses will remain, read what I write. You cannot understand a subject in one sitting, read a little, go away, let it digest, come back another day and read some more. The things I write are like pieces to a puzzle, no posting is a complete story, it is part of a composite.
