Rents

The rents are out of control. But the problems is not with the landlords, the problem lies with the renters, and here is why. Landlords are seriously outnumbered by renters. Rents take more money than a single person makes in a month alone, why on earth do you people continue to put up with this. You are the problem, not the landlord. When a lion comes into a village and starts eating the children, you first kill the people who protect the lion, then you kill the lion. Isn’t that what the United States Military does, go to foreign countries and kill people, isn’t that what your sons and daughters learn when you send them to boot camps, and then off to foreign countries to burn people up while they sleep in their grass huts, and get their picture on the front page of Time Magazine. This is mentioned for the soul purpose of defending my comment that sometimes the only way to stop evil, is to kill it, just ask God Himself, he will confirm my view. Trump just gave a speech today at the National Chief Of Police, and every single cop out there wears a side arm and is never without his service weapon, even when off duty. I come from a family of six cops and one Chief Of Police, and I have a degree of insight that most Americans don’t. Police do not carry weapons because everyone in the world loves them, they carry them because there are people who want to do others harm. The most dangerous people in this world, the men who cause the most harm, the men who slaughter hundreds of millions of people around the world, all wear suits, think about that for a moment, it is the suits of the world who are the greatest criminals of the most murderous kind. The criminals of the world are choir boys compared to the suits, the suits have the really big guns, just ask the citizens of Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Suits vaporized those cities. Nazi’s wore suits, slingers on the streets wear their own special uniforms, and we have all heard of brown shirts, and jack boots. Not all uniforms represent bad, I have never been broken into , held up at gunpoint, stabbed, by a hooker, they wear uniforms as well. The Police wear suits. In the 1940’s one man stood up in the world and told the rest of the world to pick up arms, and kill each other, and 200,000,000 people did just that, while the wives and the daughters stayed home and built those weapons, Rosie The Riveter, instead of those 200,000,000 people turning their guns on that one man, they killed each other, just because he told them too. And this is the problem, the herd mentality, where by when one steer heads over the cliff, the entire herd will follow him at full speed ahead, to their certain deaths. Humans will do horrible things to each other, just because someone tells them too. In order to stop this insanity of rents and rent control, first people are going to have to start talking to each other and thinking for themselves, let them first, simply start thinking, it is a lost art among Americans. Here is how we can get the rents into line. Coordinate into civic communities, get your towns people into a group and talk to each other. Then pick a building, any building, it doesn’t really matter where you start, just start somewhere. Then all of you get together, and for the time being share your homes with the effected families, learn to live together for the common good. Then every single person move out of that building that you choose, and into the shared housing that you all agreed upon. Use the money you save on rent to help each other. Then do not allow anyone to rent space in that building, the men in your group should be willing and able to defend this, after a few months have passed, it will bring the landlord to his knees. This will not work for banks nor HUD, nor vast real estate empires in the short term, it will take longer, but it will work. You have to control greed with money, that is the only thing that a greedy person understands is money, take his money away, and get in the way of everyone who hands him money, find out who gives money to the greedy person who is destroying your life, and get in his way. Make it impossible for anyone to give money in any form to the greedy person. Rents should not be any more than one forth of a persons income. If $10.00 is the minimum wage, times 40 hours a week, that is $400 per week and $300 take home. That means that a two bedroom apartment should cost no more than $300 per month. My two bedroom Apartment in North Hollywood California was $175.in the 1970’s early 1980’s and in those days it was a good area to live. Now those rents are 5 times that amount and I recently read an article where one person is renting a closet, a closet, a closet, in San Fransisco for $4000 per month, a hugh closet, but still a closet. A 92 square foot apartment in New York goes for $2400 per month. While HUD might sound altruistic and helpful to the poor, it is a main cause of the rental prices, because the federal government will give the bankers, who now control the rental properties any amount of money they want, because the federal government simply prints the money it wants to, and hands it out to it’s friends, and you in turn, slave to pay, so does your wife and children, children suffer when both parents have to work two jobs each just to pay rent. There are about 5,000 men who control Wall Street, yet there are 300,000,000 Americans, the bankers are seriously outnumbered. All you people have to do is talk to each other, group together, form communities, and cooperate, and you could change the world, start with your own form of rent control, tell the landlords how much you are willing to pay, do not allow the landlords to control the price, by force if necessary. Sometimes you have to fight back, and in this case your first weapon should be money, take away their money, and watch how fast they come to the negotiating table. You will find however when you start this process that there are people who protect the lions of Wall Street who are eating your children, and it starts at the local levels, for those still ignorant in a sea of knowledge, I.C.L.E.I look it up, it is where the United States Government under the orders of the United Nations, has taken control of your local city governments, your Major, your City Council, your Police and Fire Departments and County Superintendents and planers and the school systems. This is where the real problems lie, and this will be your hurdle. All governments in America are now being controlled by the United Nations, from your local City Council all the way up to your president, and outrageous rents are deliberately designed to control you. In Detroit, there are some 170,000 empty buildings, and one single man controls them all, why do you people sit on your asses, drink your beer, watch a ball being bounced, play your video games, shop at Walmart and allow this to go on.
