You people have to stop thinking that the United States of America is the country you grew up in, and were taught that it was. It just might be, that from the very beginning 400 years ago, America was set up to get away from the Bank of England and the control of the Vatican, so that the people who truly do rule this world could carry out their evil intentions, like Kennedy said, and enslave all of humanity. In view of the conduct of America on the world scene, evidence could be drawn to support this, starting with the civil war. With this posting about SPV’s this turns over all of the mortgages of America to the Federal Government, meaning that the Federal Government has now nationalized your home. Under Agenda 21, you will not be allowed to remain in your home, those 92 square feet jail cells that Bloomberg is building is where those left alive will live. People like me have been warning everyone that could read for the last 10 years about the document released by the United Nations in 1992 called Agenda 21. I have posted hundreds of videos on this subject myself, no one can make the claim that they have not heard about this, every single President that we have had has told you about the plans to enforce the NEW WORLD ORDER upon you, you are just not listening. You folks keep referencing to the dollar, IE, how much is this going to cost, who is going to pay for it, that it will fall back on the taxpayers. Amy mentioned that this will bankrupt the Fed. The GREEN NEW DEAL is just another name for AGENDA 21. One half of America is demanding the GREEN NEW DEAL, the entire Democratic party, and all of the talking heads are laughing at them, thinking that the math of the cost of implementing the GREEN NEW DEAL does not add up, it would mean tens of trillions of dollars, with some candidates saying it doesn’t matter how much it will cost because to save the planet we must do it. Well, it is no laughing matter now, and the talking heads need to stop laughing and joking about this, because it is being rolled out in force now. You do not comprehend what has just happened to you, the United States Government just bought your mortgage from your bank, and now the United States of America owns your home outright, not you. You are just a renter, and what happens to you when you cannot pay your rent. Now the challenge to the government is how do we get you maneuvered into a position to where you can no longer pay your rent. Here is how it is being done. The government is distributing a virus to make you sick, and because you are sick, we have to keep you away from everyone else so that you do not make them sick. When you cannot come to work, your business suffers, when every employee in your company cannot come to work, your business is destroyed. When the United States Government is mandating and enforcing that every business is closed, and no one can go to work, the Government is deliberately destroying the economy of it’s own nation. Why would they do that ? It is because they are rolling out Agenda 21. Under Agenda 21, the GREEN NEW DEAL, when it is fully implemented, all currencies, all forms of money will no longer exist, let that sink in. So it does not matter what this all cost now, because in the end it will simply be wiped out with a keystroke, the same way that money is brought into existence, with a keystroke. This is just one more pawn being moved on the chess board of the GREEN NEW DEAL, Agenda 21. This will continue one small steep at a time until the last man is put into enslavement. . This is not about money, it is all about power and control. The elite will have no use for currency when they own the entire world, if you are focusing on money, IE the federal reserve, taxation, banking, stock market, you are missing the entire point of what is really going on. And the elite want you to miss the entire point, and so they hand out bread and circus to distract you from the tanks they are rolling out into the streets.

So how can they do this? The Fed will finance a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for each acronym to conduct these operations. The Treasury, using the Exchange Stabilization Fund, will make an equity investment in each SPV and be in a “first loss” position. What does this mean? In essence, the Treasury, not the Fed, is buying all these securities and backstopping of loans; the Fed is acting as banker and providing financing. The Fed hired BlackRock Inc. to purchase these securities and handle the administration of the SPVs on behalf of the owner, the Treasury.
In other words, the federal government is nationalizing large swaths of the financial markets. The Fed is providing the money to do it. BlackRock will be doing the trades.

In 2008 when something similar was done, it was on a smaller scale. Since few understood it, the Bush and Obama administrations ceded total control of those acronym programs to then-Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke. He unwound them at the first available opportunity. But now, 12 years later, we have a much better understanding of how they work. And we have a president who has made it very clear how displeased he is that central bankers haven’t used their considerable power to force the Dow Jones Industrial Average at least 10,000 points higher, something he has complained about many times before the pandemic hit.
When the Fed was rightly alarmed by the current dysfunction in the fixed-income markets, they felt they needed to act. This was the correct thought. But, to get the authority to stabilize these “private” markets, central bankers needed the Treasury to agree to nationalize (own) them so they could provide the funds to do it.
In effect, the Fed is giving the Treasury access to its printing press. This means that, in the extreme, the administration would be free to use its control, not the Fed’s control, of these SPVs to instruct the Fed to print more money so it could buy securities and hand out loans in an effort to ramp financial markets higher going into the election. Why stop there? Should Trump win re-election, he could try to use these SPVs to get those 10,000 Dow Jones points he feels the Fed has denied everyone.
If these acronym programs were abused as I describe, they might indeed force markets higher than valuation warrants. But it would come with a heavy price. Investors would be deprived of the necessary market signals that freely traded capital markets offer to aid in the efficient allocation of capital. Malinvestment would be rampant. It also could force private sector players to leave as the government’s heavy hand makes operating in “controlled” markets uneconomic. This has already occurred in the U.S. federal funds market and the government bond market in Japan.
Fed Chair Jerome Powell needs to tread carefully indeed to ensure his cure isn’t worse than the disease.

Well Charles I have always agreed with your postings, and I have respect for you. But, I did take the time to thoroughly dissect this post from Bloomberg. It matches with the rest of the peoples opinions I have been following for a decade. I believe that the United Nations is a very real institution, and that it should not be ignored. I have listened to the words of Kennedy and Eisenhower, and every President since them, and every single one of them, and every leader from every country have referenced the New World Order, and I for one find it impossible to believe that they are making this up. I can see with my own eyes Agenda 21 being implemented, even in my own town. I live in a very rich oil industry, I was raised here and worked as a welder in these fields before I became an electronic engineer. Here in this town, we bought up through eminent domain the entire street that feed the oil industry in our town, we tore down all of the businesses and buildings that supported the oil industry, and planted the green belt of I.C.L.E.I across this town to the tune of some $100,000,000 dollars, paid for by the Federal Government. The Taft, Macittrick, Bellridge, Bakersfield, Fellows, Maricopa, Elk Hills cities are written into history as one of the richest oilfields in the United States. The Federal Government is doing all they can to close down the oil industry in these areas. Exactly like they are trying to close down the farms in Central California, across the entire United States of America, and around the world. Chemtrails cannot be denied, they are the Swiss army knife of Agenda 21. Every single word out of the democratic party is right out of the Agenda 21 manual. And now President Trump just announced the roll out of the United States Military to battle this so called disease. Look how easy this was to bring about, take a long hard look at how effortlessly Americans gave up their freedom, without one shot being fired, in a matter of less than a week, and they all quit their jobs, and locked themselves in their jails and snapped on the handcuffs without one word of complaint. It is still possible that Americans could stop Agenda 21 and make it fail, but all evidence is that they will not. First of all, they would all have to acknowledge that there even is a program of Agenda 21, they would have to acknowledge that Chemtrails exist, even though all they have to do is look up into the sky and see them with their own eyes. They would have to understand the true meaning behind this PLANDEMIC, and if they actually did this, they would have to organize and fight back, before the military hits the streets, and trust me, the tanks are coming. As I have always said, I have no idea of how the government is going to pull off Agenda 21, it seems to me incomprehensible, that Americans would never go along with it, but then again, look at what Americans just did in a matter of days, they completely destroyed every business, their very own jobs, gave up their homes, took their kids out of school, locked themselves up in their housing, pulled the pillows over their heads and hid in their closets. Pussies, every single one of them. This whole thing is global, like the United Nations said it would be, and it happened in one day. Even if NESARA returned America to the gold standard, how could they convert the global currencies to gold, when they have all been shattered, and all of the gold is now in the hands of the elite, who will never give it up, and I dare say, that just like Hitler, the Elite 1% will rip the wedding rings off of fingers, dead or alive for the gold. No Charles, I think that not only will the world adopt Agenda 21, they are actually already doing it we are witnesses of it right this minute.
